We are hiring a Global Payroll Controller Leader to join our Finance team.
Reporting to: Controller
Location: Petah Tikva, Israel (Hybrid model).
Direct employment
Responsibilities:
- Lead the company payroll team, providing guidance and support, and ensuring team members have the necessary resources to succeed and to be professional.
- Stay updated and act according to the changes that are in the law.
- Ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations.
- Maintain, develop and implement global payroll, policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate with local payroll providers and teams to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR, Finance, and payroll agencies worldwide.
Requirements:
- Certified Israel Payroll Controller.
- 5+ years of experience in local payroll processes.
- Experience of working with payroll institutions and insurance agents.
- Experience with Global payroll and vendor management.
- Experience with multi-currency payroll processing.
- Excellent English – written and verbal.
- Strong Microsoft Excel Office skills.
- Detailed oriented.
- Can-do positive approach.
- Ability to prioritize duties, meet tight deadlines, team player, ability to work and solve issues independently.
