We are hiring a Field Marketing Manager, US to join our Marketing team. 

Reporting to:?Director of Demand Generation 

Location:?East Coast, US (Remote, US) 

Responsibilities: 

  • As a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll act as the primary driver to execute integrated marketing campaigns that support the various business goals of the Americas region. You will be responsible for ideating, facilitating, and executing campaigns that drive demand generation, upsell within existing accounts, promote customer retention, and increase brand recognition for our market-leading technology solutions.
  • Define a region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional sales strategy -support and align with the Americas sales team’s priorities and focus on driving pipeline and revenue. Understand and deploy different strategies and plans to reach new prospects and drive expansion opportunities with existing customers.
  • Continuously invent and deliver fully integrated campaigns to drive pipeline creation. Orchestrate multichannel campaigns, leveraging channels and tactics such as digital, social media, web, media, PR, and email. Also, support and execute account-based strategies and programs.
  • Strategize, plan, and execute sponsored and hosted events - Lead and ensure the success of event preparations and execution, manage on-site event presence and communications, Ensure smooth event execution (pre and post) within budget and meeting goals.
  • Assist regional sales team as needed, including increasing brand awareness locally/regionally, and driving opportunity creation for your sales region.
  • Analyze campaign ROI and effectiveness to optimize future programs based on those learnings. 
  • Work closely with Marketing Ops & Sales Ops to provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze program ROI.

Requirements: 

  • BS/BA required 
  • 5+ years of field event and demand generation experience 
  • Expertise in leveraging physical events and digital channels to drive lead generation and brand amplification 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of initiative, with the ability to work in and across teams 
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, Google Analytics and other key marketing stack solutions 
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to multi-task, set measurable objectives 
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for generating new ideas, nurturing a culture of creative, and continuing to raise the bar on business performance 
  • Self-starter 

Advantages: 

  • Experience using ABM martech - or knowledge of ABM martech space  
  • Background in the cybersecurity industry 

A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $130,000 - $150,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still encouraged to apply.
